If this is just a random streak, you'd think they would have put in some logic to prevent the same song from being repeated too quickly, and definitely not repeated immediately. You can easily convert Fallout 3s tracks to mp3 and add them to the new station. Mojave radio has played both Big Iron and Johnny Guitar in repetitive fashion, and NVR has played Johnny Guitar a blurb from Mr. Radio Active Channel Extender (R.A.C.E.) adds a new customizable radio station that plays your own music files, though you can find optional music pack links in the mods description.
I'm about 130 hours into the game, and black mountain radio is off the air. I haven't been tracking it formally, but I noticed it three times in the last two days of 2-3 hour game sessions.
I've noticed as of the past few days that songs on the radio are starting to repeat the same song in back-to back fashion.
